In the unlikely event that your Lux Creatives’ Hamper is damaged in transit, please contact us within 2 weeks and we will automatically replace it with a gift of equal value. All we need is a photograph via email of any damaged goods.
It also explains how to contact us to correct, update or delete any personal information provided to us, or make a complaint if you have concerns. We are compliant with the Privacy Principles of the country you reside.
