How can I contact Lux Creatives?

You can purchase online any Time of the day, 7 days per week. We can also be contacted by phone from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm, as well as Saturday between 9am - 12pm.

What is the deadline to place an order?

Order deadlines depend on the delivery location. To ensure that your order is processed on the day that you order, you must place your order by 10am EST (Eastern Standard Time).

For deliveries in Perth Metro locations, orders can be delivered same day if ordered before 10am EST. (Excluding Public Holidays and Weekends). What time can I collect my Lux Creatives Hamper?

You can collect your hamper in our showroom in Bayswater from Monday to Friday between 9 am to 5 pm . Please contact us on 0439554080 to discuss your collection time so we can ensure your hamper is ready for collection, whoever 24 hours’ advanced notice is required.

 

What time will my gift arrive?

Your hamper orders will arrive between 9am and 5pm on your scheduled delivery date. Your delivery will be made by a courier within the delivery date range provided. Don't worry, we will call you prior to your delivery and arrange an exact delivery date.

 

Can you do same-day delivery?    

If the requested gift must be delivered within a specific period of time or within a narrow timeframe, you should contact us on 0439554080 at least 24 hours in advance of the proposed delivery. In the event that traffic conditions or any other accidents delay delivery, we will contact you. If specific delivery times or locations require an additional transportation fee, this will be billed to you. What if my recipient is not at home?

If hamper is delivered by Australia Post and recipient is not at home, standard Australia Post procedures will apply: a pickup card will be left in the letterbox and the recipient will need to collect the parcel from the nearest Post Office. If the hamper is delivered within Perth Metropolitan locations and the recipient is not at home, standard courier delivery procedures will apply: (a) The courier will leave the hamper at the front or back door, as per the Delivery Option selected by Customer at the time of order placement (b) If the courier deems it safe to leave the goods at the front or back door, the goods will be left at the suitable location. (c) If it’s not suitable to leave the goods, a calling card will be left at the door and the hamper will be returned to the dispatch centre.

 

Can I send a Lux Creatives Hampers anywhere in Australia?

Sorry but our services are limited to Perth area due the nature of the products includes in our hampers.


How will my Lux Creatives Hampers come presented?

All our hampers come packed in our high quality white gloss box and white magnetic boxes, which can be used again as a keepsake or gift box. Our products are securely placed on our luxe white tissue paper and black shredded paper where necessary. Boxes are finished with our luxurious satin  ribbon, double bowed for a stunning full finish and white Lux Creatives Hamper swing tag. Complimentary gift card with message come with all our gift hampers.

 

Can I add extra items to the Lux Creatives Hampers?

If you wish too added extra products to the gift you have ordered Please contact us on 0439554080 or email us at sales@luxcreatives.netIf for any reason we are unable to do this, we will be in touch to discuss an alternative.

 

What if the wrong address is supplied for delivery?

Please be very careful in providing us with correct delivery address information. If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.
If we are unable to deliver to an incorrect address and the order is returned to our dispatch, We can redeliver, but at a charge of 50% of the original order value plus the additional redelivery charge.


Do I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, an email confirmation will be sent to you confirming the details of all online orders. Please contact us immediately, if you do not receive your confirmation of your gift hamper order. If we cannot meet any specific requests listed in your order, we will be in contact to discuss your requirement


What method of payment is accepted?

You can pay using PayPal online and we accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, ApplePay, GooglePay and American Express.)


Can I change my mind after placing an order?

If you contact us before your gift has been processed or dispatch for delivery, we may be able to amend or cancel your order. After the order been dispatched though, no changes or cancellations can be made, so please get in touch as soon as possible our phone is 0439554080 or via email at  sales@luxcreatives.net.

 

Can I send a gift anonymously?  

Lux Creative’s acts in accordance with Australia's Privacy Laws. If your name is not signed on the gift card and the recipient wants to know who sent the gift they can call us, however we cannot reveal exactly who you are without your permission. Your billing details are never revealed to the recipient, the only information they receive is their delivery address, the gift card message and delivery instructions you put in the box at checkout. If you'd like to remain anonymous please ensure that you do not include your details in these areas.



Is my personal information secure when I order online?
